The following are sheets available for download that are necessary for the Workers' Heritage Centre's oral history projects. Other groups interested in oral histories are welcome to download and adapt them for their own projects. Comments or reports of difficulties in downloading can be sent to curator@whc-cpo.ca.

This sheet allows you to create an index of topics discussed during the interview.
This sheet allows you to record bibliographic information about the interview subject.
This sheet provides a release form that needs to be signed by interview subjects.
This sheet allows you to keep track of any items borrowed or donated as a result of an interview.
